Layouts people have published from the base builder. Open one and it loads into the builder, where you can change anything — the published copy stays as its author left it.

Publishing your own
Build a layout in the base builder, press Share, then Publish on the share page. Publishing needs an account so the build can carry your name; a plain share link needs none and stays unlisted. You can unpublish at any time, and the structures on a published card are read from the snapshot, so editing your own copy afterwards changes nothing here.
