No — not one of the 288 Pals in Palworld has the Extracting work suitability.
Extracting is a real entry in Palworld’s work-suitability table: the game defines the job, gives it an icon and a set of levels, and then assigns it to nobody. Every other suitability has Pals behind it — see the full work rankings or what each job actually does. This page is kept because “which Pal does Extracting” is a reasonable question with a definite answer, but it is left out of search results rather than published as a ranking of nothing.
