WorkSpeedRate
Multiplies base work speed — crafting, farming, everything a base Pal does. Ships as 1.000000; takes a decimal multiplier (written with six decimals, as the file does). From the difficulty and rates group of the shipped settings file.
How to set it
shipped fileThe setting lives inside the single OptionSettings=(…) line under [/Script/Pal.PalGameWorldSettings] in PalWorldSettings.ini. Change this fragment, keep the rest of the line intact:

What the presets set it to
The generator’s presets are diffs against the shipped file; these are the ones that touch WorkSpeedRate. They are our suggestions, not the game’s, and every other preset leaves it at 1.000000.
