Ancient Technology Points come only from tower bosses. Ordinary levelling never provides them, which is why this cannot be bought with the points you accumulate.

Level 55 unlocks 7 technologies in total, and you will not have the points for all of them. The others are Moonflower Flag Set (1), Japanese-Style Furniture Set (2), Lily's Spear (3), Polapup Terra Saddle (3), Blazamut Ryu Saddle (4) and Lightweight Plasteel Armor (5). The planner opens with Homing Sphere Launcher already picked, and works a points budget against the whole tree.
