What it unlocks
Level 25 unlocks 9 technologies in total, and you will not have the points for all of them. The others are Surfent Terra Saddle (1), Boost Gun (2), Boost Gun Ammo (2), Frag Grenade (2), Heat Resistant Metal Armor (2), Lettuce Plantation (2), Silo (2) and Helzephyr Saddle (3). The planner opens with Lockpicking Tool v2 already picked, and works a points budget against the whole tree.
