What it unlocks
Level 53 unlocks 8 technologies in total, and you will not have the points for all of them. The others are Grenade Ammo (1), Bulldosu Saddle (3), Frag Grenade Mk2 (3), Large Pouch (3), Selyne Saddle (4), Grenade Launcher (5) and Heat Resistant Plasteel Armor (5). The planner opens with Lockpicking Tool v3 already picked, and works a points budget against the whole tree.
