What this ranking is, and is not

Node positions and types are read from the game’s World Partition cells; the level range is what the field spawners within 400 m place. The 100 m reach is PalDB’s, because the base area lives in the Palbox blueprint rather than a data table — the same reach for every site is what makes the counts comparable.
