It was once believed that as the world approached its end, the flame would weaken. Doomsayers would repeatedly rejoice when the flame began to weaken, but in the end, it turned out to be a prank by Sootseer. At least, for now.

Where to find Sootseer

Sootseer appears in Sakurajima and Wildlife Sanctuary at levels 45–67. Some of its spawns are night-only.
