The alpha (boss) version of a Pal has its own drop rows, separate from the ordinary wild one’s. “From level” is the Pal level at which that row starts applying.

Chests, expeditions, nodes and other sources

The game stores these as weights rather than percentages — an item’s chance is its weight against everything else in the same grade. The odds below are that division done, so you can compare a route against hunting.

Decayed Ancient Relic questions

Which Pal is best to farm for Decayed Ancient Relic in Palworld?
Kingpaca gives the most per kill: 30–50 at 100%, an average of 40 — the highest of the 83 Pals that drop it. The game adds that drop only from level 80 up. It lives in Grasslands, World Tree. Before you can reach it: Wispaw from level 70 (0.55 a kill). How fast any of these farms is depends on spawn density and kill time, which the game files do not state.
Can you buy Decayed Ancient Relic in Palworld?
No. No merchant stocks it in the game files, so it has to be farmed.
